Ship Suburban from NJ to CO

I needed to ship my Chevy Suburban from New Jersey to Colorado and did not know how to proceed. So, I googled something like "auto shipping" online, and found a site that led me to get a quote for what I was trying to do. After completing and submitting the data, I quickly discovered that a multitude of different vehicle shippers monitor that site, and within half an hour I had received about 20 phone calls and about the same number of emails - all providing quotes on shipping my vehicle from NJ to CO. I did not go with the lowest quote, nor the highest quote, but rather selected the company based on speed of response, decent price, professional "feel" of the email quote document, and reviews from transportreviews.com. There were several that met the criteria, but it was Cascade Vehicle Shipping that I decided on. Once in touch with Nick G. at Cascade, he was very honest about the difficulties we had in finding a carrier. He told me that there are only 2 reasons for delays in finding carriers: 1.) the money offer is not enough, or, 2.) the location is so out of the way the carrier does not want to go there. Nick also mentioned that a Suburban is such a large vehicle, that it can take the space of 1 1/2 normal cars, which could minimize the payload for a carrier. After about 2 weeks of not finding a carrier at the originally quoted price, I upped the price I was willing to pay, and less than 24 hours later we had a carrier. My carrier arrived promptly at the promised time, loaded my Suburban on the back of a giant flat-bed trailer, and delivered the vehicle right on time. I'd like to thank Nick for his perseverance, honesty, and keeping me informed throughout the entire process. To all who may need this sort of service in the future, I would highly recomment Cascade Vehicle Shipping. Just remember, if you have a larger than normal vehicle that may be going to a "middle of nowhere" location, you may need to pay more than the price you are initially quoted.

Mike I appreciate this review man alot. Most people don't understand that it is extremely hard to ship extra large vehicles but not impossible. One thing is for sure I won't ever give up on a shipment and I'll do my best to make it smooth and worry free. Once again thanks Mike and have a good one I'm glad you recieved your Suburban!
