There are HIDDEN fees in the offer if u pay by credit or debit card and they won't tell u! and u have to make deposit by card and u will see different amout show up in ur bank statement. The agent told me that my car will be picked up on a certain day but the driver did not show up and there was no early notice. it ended up wasting the whole day waiting for the truck. I TOLD the agent that I won't be at my new apartment until certain date(I booked the plane tickets after I knew the estimate delivery date ), but the car arrived 3 days earlier. The estimate delivery is 7-10 days, but it only took 4 days. I had no idea where to drop off my car. After I talk to the driver, he told me that he won't release my car unless I pay him first and Cascade is only a broker.The agent won't contact or discuss with the driver about the drop off spot or storage, instead just told me that she is not responsible for early delivery even I told her that I won't be there before I pay the company, and the company won't cover any of the storage charge, if I want to pay the driver through company it will have additional fee applied. In the end, the truck driver could not find storage, he just dropped off my car IN FRONT OF my new apartment, and I had to wire transfer the money to his account first. The speed of the transport is fast, but the service is horrible.
