I worked through Michelle for the entire process and she provided an excellent experience for me. The other companies I contacted continually annoyed me by sending unnecessary emails before I even decided on them, Cascade Shipping didn't do this. Though they did provide me with email updates throughout the process, it was very helpful. The car showed up on time and was undamaged.
