Kim was fantastic throughout the shipping process. Because of difficulty with seller of vehicle, the shippiing dates had to be changed multiple times. Thankfully, Kim stayed on top of the situation and kept in constant contact with me regarding the shipment. She is very professional and obviously knows what she is doing, but yet has a very friendly and outgoing approach to every job. She listened to my constant complaining about the delays and did everything possible to facilitate the process. Because of Kim I would not hesitate to use your company again.
