I had requested a vehicle pick up in New jersey and delivered to Missouri. Kim (the agent to assisted my request from beginning to end) was very helpful and responsive. When I had a question she was more than willing to quickly obtain the information and forward the proper response back to me. At all times she was helpful and considerate and understanding. I would recommend her and the company for future use.
