I was so happy that things worked out well with Cascade. I had reconciled myself to simply selling my late husbands car in Virginia because I didn't know how to get it out to Utah. Michelle was helpful, courteous, and professional. They picked up the car a day early because of a major storm on the east coast and it made it to my driveway a week earlier than scheduled. Hurray!
