Cascade was honest with me regarding the quote amount and the likelihood that the dispatch would be picked up at that amount. My vehicle was ready to be picked up immediately at the time I placed my order. Within a day, the dispatch had been accepted and my vehicle had been picked up. It arrived when promised and the amount was what was quoted.
