I live in a rural area, so a tow truck was sent to pick up my vehicle. These folks were great. Very thorough, personalble, and professional. However, it seemed that once the truck got to the broker with whom Cascade partnered with, communication gaps began. The truck sat in the Sacramento trucking yard for about 3 or 4 days before the truck was even picked up. When trying to track the truck, I was originally unable to get a hold of Brandi, my rep, so I talked with someone else at Cascade. They just gave me some 'off the wall' answer when I was trying to make inquiries. Seemed like Cascade wasn't on top of what their trucking broker schedule was and what they were doing. When I pushed for specific info after being told our truck had left California, I found out that it hadn't even left the state yet. After that, it was attitude city from Cascade anytime I called to find out where the truck was. Once it left California (which ended up taking almost ten days, it did get to Georgia safe and sound. However, I would have just preferred that everyone be more honest up front-Ithat would have eliminated most of the frustration and ill feelings. Not sure if I would use this company again. I was disappointed in how quickly their attitudes changed once they got the truck picked up. Guess they didn't understand us being worried about a fifty thousand dollar truck being shipped and it taking so long to get there. Not sue ifall the companies are like this or not. I did read many bad reveiws on others. My advice is to research well and cement in price quote and delivery schedule.

Kevin, First of all, we are the broker, so we partner with a trucking company not another broker, which you knew ahead of time as it states in our terms and conditions. Our records show that your vehicle was picked up on the 21st of November, and delivered the 30th. We tell our customer 9-12 days for transit time coast to coast. Your vehicle was delivered in 9 days. They gave you an estimated pick up and delivery date. The driver stuck to his schedule to deliver your vehicle. Your vehicle was shipping during the Thanksgiving holiday week, and your vehicle was still delivered with in his estimated time frame. You were in communication with the truck driver throughout the transit, you have the same phone numbers that we have on file and you were in communication with the truck. We do not need to bombard truck drivers with phone calls, if you are talking to him, then there is no need for us to also check in with the driver as it is distracting to them and you as the customer already knows what is going on with your vehicle. Brandi was in communication is Kevin constantly, and he knew what was going on the entire time as well. There is no way really to cement in a price, because what our company gives is quotes. Your original price was $1490, Brandi explained to Kevin that because you had another company originally looking for you, and they were unable to find a truck, she had to increase the price. Keven accepted. There were no surprises for anyone with pick up or delivery on price. We apologize if things were not as clear as you would have liked them to be. Please refer to our terms and conditions if there is any other questioning of our services.
