During my first contact with Diane, she explained the process of how the vehicle would be transported and all of the relevant information that would be needed in order for the vehicle to arrive at Hawaii. She was very courteous and forthright with her answers to my questions. She was able to provide me a cost for the transportation. I thanked her and waited till we made our decision. She followed up with me as any good employee would to make sure she had answered all my questions and to see if we were still looking to move a vehicle. When we decided to go ahead, Diane explained how the payment procedure would work, and we set up the movement, she gave the tracking info and the date the truck should be arriving in Hawaii. And worked out great. It was a very pleasant experience working with Diane Seeley and everything worked out like she said it would.
