I requested a quote from a dozen reputable auto transport companies over the Thanksgiving Holiday weekend to ship my newly-acquired Mercedes CLS500 from Scottsdale, Arizona to Houston, Texas. I received electronic quotes from most of them but Kim at Cascade Vehicle Shipping was the only one to call me in person, on Saturday of the Thanksgiving weekend to find out what she could do for me. First thing the following Monday morning she called me at my office and indicated that she had found a great carrier for me and did I want to proceed. I said "by all means", especially since I had yet to hear from anyone else in person and I had indicated on my quote requests that I had a non-negotiable, firm pickup date that must be met that I wanted confirmed before I was willing to award the business. Kim assured me that would be no problem and within the hour I was talking to the driver who was prepared to pickup my car within two hours! 26 hours later I was meeting with him and watching him unload my new beauty, who had been given the best spot on the trailer right behind the cab, in perfect condition. Kim was absolutely outstanding; Chris the driver was polite, personable and very professional; price was very competitive; and the overall experience was outstanding! These are the folks to use!
