Cascade was up front, honest and courteous. They were very pleasant to work with and provided exceptional customer service. Pricing was middle of the road and I was pleased with the service I paid for. They were patient with date changes I had to make and were very informative and friendly with my inquiries. Car was picked up on date indicated and only arrived 3 days after expected. The drivers respectfully kept me up to date on their whereabouts. No dates were guaranteed and I was thrilled with their services.
