Cascade was excellent in terms of communication and scheduling. After first contact, received a call to schedule pick up within an hour. Trucking company was very professional and arranged a meeting time/place convenient for me (I live in a rural area difficult to access via large truck). Driver called me in advance of pick up and met me right on time. Driver was extremely professional and courteous.
Delivery was pretty smooth. Driver arrived a day early for delivery (which was no problem for me). He forgot to call in advance of arrival but coordinated with us to ensure smooth delivery. Vehicle arrived in good condition (no damage or anything). Driver friendly and professional.
Throughout the process Cascade kept in touch to make sure everything was running smoothly. Diane and Kim were simply excellent. Would definitely recommend Cascade to others and will use them again for vehicle shipping.
