Your company did an excellent job on the transportation of the vehicle in question. I was presently surprised at the level of customer service. The price of the shipping was very competitive. The vehicle was pick up early, and delivered 2 days sooner than I expected. Kimberly was very helpful, She kept me up to date by email/text msg about my vehicle status. The dispatch person for the driver also kept me up to date and gave me an approx. delivery date and time which was a two days earlier then I had expected. The delivery was made four blocks away from my house because the driver said it would be tight to get down my street. Never the less the driver was nice but a bit unprofessional/disorganized being that he didnt seem to have all the correct paper work in place/order or even done for that matter but anyhow, i had a great experience and Cascade was wonderful in helping me get my new car from Atlanta to Texas in a very timley fashion. I will most definitely use Cascade again for all my future car transportation needs. thanks Kim.
