The overall experience with Cascade has been a good one and I am rather particular about my vehicles. This company, specifically Diane, was referred to me from a trusted performance shop from Wisconsin named King Motorsports who also utilizes Cascade for shipment of their own vehicles and customers.

When I was hunting around for quotes on the Internet, I had received amounts and claims of "the best service" from every site. I had used a different carrier in the past and was about to use them again when I happened to ask King Motorsports if they knew of a carrier they trusted and sent Diane an email regarding my Cobra.

Not only was the quote lower than my previous carrier, but Diane took the time to explain to me the particulars of the process and explained, in detail, how the vehicle would be covered in the event of damages or theft.

I had decided to move forward with Cascade at first for the Cobra and if all went well, I would gladly ask them to ship two move vehicles within close proximity and requested quotes on those as well which were very reasonable.

Having some experience with this process before and having worked in the transportation industry, I understand how a brokerage firm works when selecting drivers and transport companies. Diane had assured me with great detail that Cascade's chosen drivers were nothing to be concerned about and sure enough the transport company/driver was very nice to deal with.

There was a small communication issue with the driver who had a different cell phone number that was not linked to his primary contact number given to Cascade and myself, but he apologized for the mix-up as it caused some concern during the pick-up day when I couldn't reach him during the middle of the pick-up window time frame.

The pickup itself was quick and painless and the car was on it's way to Arizona in a matter of under 30 minutes with a delivery date that I could not believe was possible. The vehicle was delivered in three days time from Chicago, Illinois to Scottsdale, Arizona and I couldn't be happier.

Probably the most incredible part about this whole shipment was the turnaround time Diane had with finding a transport company to ship the car at short notice. I had requested a quote some time before the actual ship date and when an opportunity arose where I was near the vehicle, I contacted Diane on Friday, October 31 midday on the slim and off chance that something could be done for Saturday, November 1.

I would say within an hour or so she had located a company and in spite of my delay in getting back to her, she was able to set everything up with less than a day's notice.

While I don't know if this was my lucky day or not, just the fact that Diane would try and make this work rather than stonewall it with some kind of mandatory lead time or other BS was definitely a massive deciding factor in who I will be using for vehicle shipping from now on.

Lastly, the most important aspect of this entire process has to be the customer service provided by Diane which was top notch. Not only was she impressively organized and thorough, but she conveyed a level of professionalism that might be considered somewhat rare in the transportation industry at times. Now, an individual can be professional and have zero people skills and personality, but Diane's personable and helpful attitude made me feel like I was trusting my car to a friend of mine rather than some "drone on the phone".

Cascade / Diane will have my business from now on.
