Jacquie called me after I sent an e-mail. The web site said 7-10 day and it only took 2. They were going to pick it up the same day but the dealer did not have the paperwork together. Jacquie did a great job and called to make sure to let me know when it will be dropped offed and called to make sure it was delivered ok.
