Price was my main concern since the car I purchased was in marginal shape & was inexpensive. I bought the car on e-bay and thankfully the sellers schedule was a little flexible since pickup was way late. As with all transport companies the drivers are subcontractors and may be unreliable. As in my case the original driver blew off the transport Co. so they had to schedule a second driver who ended up delivering. Driver 2 unloaded the car and left it slightly sticking out on the street. I let it go because the car was inoperable and hard to move by hand and had no brakes. Since I live on a steep hill that slopes toward the house I asked him to leave it in the yard that was flat just off the road to prevent bigger issues. Had the car been dlivered when scheduled, I would have been there to assist with offloading and not had to leave work early to clear my car off the road. Verbal communication with cascade was poor. The only reason that I would use this company again was if time scheduling wasnt important and price was!
