Let me preface this review by saying that Cascade Vehicle Shipping was excellent, if not outstanding. Danielle was our primary point of contact and was eager to assist us throughout the process. We found her communication to prompt and thorough. The only dramas that we had was with the Future Auto Transport, which was NOT Cascade's fault. The trouble was that we had our vehicle was arranged to be picked up by Future on Labor Day Monday. The local wrecker service that was going into the neighborhood to pick up our Liberty did not wish to work Monday and so contacted us directly to try to cajole us into having the vehicle picked up Friday, as the wrecker company from Richmond had another pickup that day. We went back and forth on this with the wrecker company, with Danielle communicating with both Future Auto Transport and "Ronnie's Wrecker" - eventually we acquiesced to an early pickup after “Ronnie’s Wrecker” finally just admitted that it was a two-man show and the father-son team wanted to have the time off with their families.

Though this initially concerned us, we were in constant communication with Danielle, who reassured us that our vehicle would be totally covered and that if we weren’t satisfied when Future Auto showed up to pick up the vehicle, we could turn them away and she would issue a new bid, no skin of our backs. The vehicle showed up in perfect condition – a little dirty exterior – but far cleaner than our other vehicle which we drove cross-country ourselves. The gentlemen who delivered the vehicle was the owner of Future Auto and he was extremely courteous and professional. The only negative aspect of this business arrangement had nothing to do with Cascade and appeared to be due to poor communication with a subcontractor used by Futures Auto.

Thanks Danielle, appreciate your assistance!
