Cascade did a remarkable job transporting our car from Pennsylvania to New Mexico. Due to a mechanical problem with our car, we were forced to miss the original pick-up date. This was particularly unfortunate because we had to leave town on a flight before the car was shipped! Brandi, our contact person, went above and beyond. Not only did she reschedule our pick-up date, but she communicated with our dealership and scheduled to have the car picked up from there. Once in transit, the car arrived in one week. We are so appreciative for Cascade's wonderful service, and we can't thank Brandi enough for her efforts. We would not hesisitate for a second to reccomend Cascade to anyone!
