I came to Cascade after a poor experience with another shipper. I was trying to move a car on short notice (I bought it in eBay) and the other shipper became a black-hole once they had my deposit. Cascade wouldn't take a deposit until they had my car on a truck. I called them on a Saturday and their inital bid was lower that the poor quality service I originally had. I discussed pricing to get the car picked up early in the week and we decided together to add $300 to expedite. Danielle kept me in the loop and had the trucker lined up on Monday. The car was picked up on Tuesday and as an added bonus the truck was enclosed transport instead of the open carrier I paid for. The trucker they picked was great. He kept in touch and I was his first dropoff. I had my car Friday morning. It was awesome! Needless to say I'm very pleased and I'd work with Cascade and Danielle again in a heartbeat.
