After reading reviews on this site, I contacted Cascade after having a poor experience with another broker trying to book transport for my daughter's VW from CA to Nashville. Booked on-line on a Friday and by Tuesday morning received an email stating the trucker had been booked. Within a couple of hours received a call from DJ Auto Transport (Jim). He picked up the vehicle that day. Was very professional and courteous. Vehicle arrived as promissed the following week...a couple of days earler that expected. Encouraged me to call him anytime along the way on his cell for an update. Ashley from Cascade stayed in touch as well, making sure the pick-up and delivery went smoothly. Highly recommended...will use them again!
