This was my first time to ship a car and I based my choice of broker on the transport reviews. I was happy that there weren't any damage on the car. But I was all stressed out the week before they shipped my car because they didn't have any feedback on when the car will be picked up. In any case, I was happy that I got my car in one piece. If they would have picked up the car a week or two earlier, I would have given them 5 stars. Another good thing about this company is that they do not charge you until the car is picked up, so you can be sure that they are legit.
