We had initially gone with another company that was not working out. I contacted Cascade and spoke with Novella who was helpful from the beginning. I contacted them on a 7/19 and told them that I needed trasnport ASAP. I had a response 7/22 stating that my 05 Denali's estimated pickup date would be 7/22 with an estimated dropoff of 7/26. It was not picked up until 7/23 but still arrived 7/26 instead of 7/27. I received calls from Novella's coworkers and herself ensuring everything was going as planned. My car was damaged by the carrier and I have an ongoing issue with them for repair BUT Cascade has been very helpful so far in assisting me with getting this taken care of so the claim process is still in the works. In all I don't plan on moving this far again but I would use Cascade again but not this carrier.
Carrier was JAH Works Transport, LLC - Please don't use them again.
