REAL Customer Service. I was VERY impressed

As a buisness owner for several years I deal with the public daily. I have seen a decline in customer care and consideration and like many of us almost come to expect it. But Sarah M at Cascade has Totally impressed me. My vehicle was supposed to be picked up but the dealership said it was already in transit. But I could not get any responce from them or information on the location of my vehicle. Sarah M with Cascade was so helpful. She kept in touch with me and took the inicative and really went out of her way to contact the dealership that I could not get any information from. Yes she took it upon herself and went to great lengths to finally get some contact information and find my vehicle that no one knew the location of! Not only did she do that but she got it booked for shipping less than 1 hour later. Yes in less than 1 hour I had a carrier! She really does CARE about making sure my vehicle got to me. She went above and beyond her job and above what I paid for or expected. She has set a new level of customer interest, CARE and service. I would ask for her again by name the next time I need a vehicle moved and recommend you do the same. She got my truck shipped not just faster but also Cheaper than all other offers. Plus all the extra personal effort and time she devoted to it really impressed me. She really cared that I was taken care of. She looked out for me and helped me when I didnt know what to do. Sarah M is truely exceptional! I highly rec ommend you contact her and Prepare to be impressed.
