I did a request for an online quote and received an email quote of 665.00 to move my vehicle. The email was sent by a representative named: Kimberly on June 11, 2008. I called to book the quote on a Saturday asking for Kimberly. Was told she was not there and spoke with a Glory, who said she could book the order for me. She took my credit card information, sent out an order confirmation and all was handled. I recevied a call from her approximately an hour later letting me know that the amount of the deposit was going to be less than what she quoted changed the amount due to the driver. I acknowledged that would be fine. Two days later, this afternoon I received a phone call from a Sarah, apologizing that Glory was new and that my quote could not be honored, and that they could only agree to handle the shipping of my car if I agree to $795. Which is $130.00 higher than my quote. She proceeded to explain that the quote date she had was end of May, and that they could not ship my car, despite the fact they had already authorized my credit card for the deposit amount and sent me the order confirmation. I asked to speak to a manger and a person, falling very, very short of being a gentleman, let alone a man, said his name was Terry and he was the owner, he was rude, did not listen and proceeded to tell me that I was not going to dictate his or his employee's behavior because he's not my husband, and that if I wanted to pay the $665.00 i could, they just would never move the car. When asked about the credit card authorization I was told it would take up to 10 days to fall off. This owner has no respect for his clients, I was interrupted, insulted based on my gender and overall given no aplogy. This company needs to learn a lesson, and I personally will be happy to teach them one, if this authorization does not fall off my credit card!! CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY.......THEY ARE A BUNCH OF KIDS, UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF AN OGER, WHO NEEDS TO TAKE A COURSE IN ETHICS AND MANAGEMENT!!

I assure you, we at Cascade do not work for an oger. He has been in this business a long time, and knows what he is doing. As for your situation, we do apologize, mistakes are made, people are human. We tried to correct the situation and unfortunatly couldn't not come to an agreement. I hope you have found transportation to ship your vehicle. Again we at Cascade apologize.
