Friendly folks to deal with by phone. Good about calling back when needed. However, I honestly doubt I would use them again. It took 8 days for them to find a truck to transport my car. This is not between two small towns, this is between Tuscon Az and Auburn (by Seattle) WA. I also had to pay $40 more than my quoted price after the 8 day wait. Secondly, I realize the driver is not employed by the broker company, but those they choose to do business with still reflect on their company.If they are not good drivers, don't use them. The driver assigned to transport my car took 10 days to drive from Arizona to Washington state. There is no excuse for it taking 10 days to drive roughly 1500 miles. I am glad the car was not damaged in transport, but was I happy with my overall experience? No, I was not.
