Cascade did a good job and responed when I emailed or called. Very few problems even when I changed the earliest delivery date. Their telephone service went wacky once when I called. I was sent to a voice mail at another company. I understand they are in the same building. They assured me they would look into the problem. The price did go up $50 after they secured a carrier. With fuel cost escallating as fast as they have over the past weeks I wasn't upset.
