Overall good experience. I chose cascade because of the positive reviews found at this website, and also because I was transporting my car to the Pacific Northwest so figured if there were any problems, it would be easier to deal with them since I am now living in Seattle. There were some other companies that gave me quotes of ~300 cheaper than I got from cascade, but I read so many horror stories about this business, I felt it was more important to deal with a company that seemed trustworthy, and Cascade Vehicle shipping was totally upfront and honest with me. In particular Brandi was very pleasant to deal with over the phone, and she definitely did a great dealing with the transport company, making sure everything went smoothly.

My only criticism of the experience is not with Cascade directly, but with the vehicle shipping company they used for my car, Express. Their driver, Peter, was a very nice guy, but he had some communication problems. It was very difficult to understand him over the phone when both the pickup and the dropoff were being orchestrated. Also, he called me at 11PM the evening of the dropoff without any advance call, a day earlier than anticipated. He should have given me at least a few hours warning that the car is coming- luckily I was still awake and able to receive the car. Other than this communication issue, everything else about Express was great: the car was delivered in good shape, in a timely fashion, and I paid the driver exactly what I was supposed to, no more or less. I hope to never transport my car again, but if I do I would use cascade.
