I could not have been more pleased with the service and helpfulness of Brandi Winzler. I wish I had started my experience with Cascade rather than taking a 3rd party's advice. The broker I initially contacted ended up being the broker from "hell" and had it not been for Brandi's continuing reassurance that this was going to work out, I probably would have had some sort of meltdown. Buying a luxury vehicle halfway across the U.S. can be stressful enough, then add the uncertainty of how your gong to get it home and you have a recipe for disaster. With Brandi's help, a disaster was averted! Trust me, if you have no understanding of the procedure, people like Brandi and the staff at Cascade become invaluable! I can't begin to thank them enough!
