I initially contracted with a broker/carrier on June 15th because I thought they would be more successful in quickly transporting the vehicle which I hoped to have delivered by July 1st. After 6 days of no activity I contacted Cascade, based upon their 5-star review. Jake was extremely thorough and professional, providing me with the variables that determine when a car is picked up by a carrier from the central dispatch. I subsequently cancelled my initial contract with the broker/carrier and contracted with Cascade although Jake's quote was higher. My car was picked up the next day, June 22nd, in Georgia with an estimated delivery to the Seattle area of 7/2. On June 28th I received a call from the carrier advising me he was prepared to deliver my car within the next hour. As I had been hoping to have the car by July1st I was most pleasantly surprised and pleased to have it 3 days earlier than promised! If I ever again have the need to transport a vehicle, it will be undoubtedly be via Cascade.
