Worst customer service! 2- cars shipped (Kate Winters 360-853-2805).

My experience with Cascade was terrible! Kate promised on more than one occasion to follow up with me and never did. I had to hunt her down each time for information. The day of the move I found out she didn't have a carrier when promised. I finally got a hold of her supervisor and she did everything she could at that time. They did get my cars shipped but in an open trailer as compared to closed as I had ordered . The price was 1800. from Kate but after all the trouble the company changed price to 1600. hardly enough for the change to an open and after quite a bit of frustration. I did speak with their VP Greg. While he was trying to be helpful...their employee still blew it and they did not take much responsibility. I WOULD NOT USE THIS BROKER AGAIN!!! Beware of Kate!

KATE-360-853-2805-Jeff-We appreciate all of our customers and we work very hard to acomodate all schedules and requests. You were told at the very beginning we would do our best to get a pick up on your preferred date but it was NOT guaranteed. I am sorry we were unable to fulfill your expectations but we certainly went out of our way to do so. You were in the process of moving your home and often unavailable to take a call, I left multiple messages and we played a bit of phone tag, however we were in contact frequently. Our dispatch made an error and assigned you to an open carrier, however, we did offer you an enclosed carrier a few days after that and you turned it down instead choosing the open carrier. We took ownership of our mistake immediately and we gave you a significant discount for your inconvenience (all together your discount was $450.00), ensured both of your vehicles were on top load AND provided you GAP Insurance at our expense for one of your two cars. I am not sure how much more responsibility you expected me to take, but I assure you I took much more responsibility than most other would have. Again, I am sorry you were unhappy with the service I provided you. I do appreciate your feed back and comments, they help me become a better rep to my customers.
