In general I am glad that the car has been shipped from Georgia to California without any unexpected issue. Malia is nice, helpful and is available to answer my questions all the time. The only thing that makes me unhappy is that they increased the fee after I made the order. I first made a quote and the initial price $929 was reasonable, so I made the order without spending time hunting for cheaper prices. They said it would take 1-7 days to find the driver. Then on 7th day they called saying they found a matched one but the driver asking for additional $56. I didn't want to wait because it would cost me more to rent a car if it got delayed. Later I realized the driver only asked for $750, so it is hard for me to believe it is the driver instead of the company to ask more. Another $56 is no big deal, but I just don think it is worth the integrity and reputation of the company.

MALIA 360-834-7898 - David, thank you for the feedback and review. This industry is based on estimated rates which are also called quotes (an estimate of what a broker feels will get a carrier to pick up your vehicle)....these estimates turn in to bids which are placed on the national freight board and in the end it is not my choice what is transported it is the carrier's. I did not take your extra $56 it went to the driver to get him to move this for us. I have been with Cascade for 5 years and would never try to cheat my customer out of money, my integrity is 10,000%. I take pride in my job and do the best I can to try and save my customers money.
