From beginning to end I couldn't have been any happier. Kate was a wonderful contact person who was on her toes and checking in with me all the way. Since I was traveling from Illinois to California I had a lot on my plate and she took care of the rest for me. The driver was just as amazing. He was actually a little early so he contacted me to see if he could arrive at an earlier time or if it was better for me to stick to the original time set up. How courteous. I took him up on his early time since that was better for me. I believe that I was told that it may take 5-7 days for my car to arrive and that was fine with me but the driver told me that it should only take him 3-4 so I decided not to rent a car for the week while waiting. Good thing he told me that because my car was at my new place in just 3 short days. I couldn't have imagined a better experience. I will be using them again when I take my car back to Chicago this next spring.
