VW Bug Convertible moved from Washington State to Virginia - excellent customer service from Zanner from the start. We requested top rack because of the convertible (a smart move so that no liquids drip and damage the rag top), but once the driver put in a bid for the trip, he wanted an extra $100 for the request. Cascade called me to inform me of the situation, and with much honesty, told me that another driver would probably bid to pick up my vehicle if I didn't want to pay the extra to this hauler, and not charge me the extra fee, which is exactly what happened! This impressed me - this company follows up from beginning to end and makes sure the customer is satisfied. This is how it should be!
