Cascade Vehicle Shipping deeply regrets what occurred to Mr. Cavazos. Victor's Transport was dispatched to transport Mr. Cavazos' vehicle. Victor's Transport had hauled for Cascade previously without incident. Victor's Transport had only one negative rating from any broker and that was for a late/no show. However, as a policy, Cascade reviews the performance of drivers each and every time they haul a vehicle. As a result of the way in which Victor's Transport handled this situation, Cascade has permanently banned them from hauling any of our vehicles again. Even one such incident is completely unacceptable to Cascade Vehicle Shipping.
As soon as it was discovered that Mr. Cavazos' vehicle had been put in storage, Cascade immediately dispatched another driver to retrieve and deliver it. Cascade voluntarily agreed to pay additional money in order for this to happen.
Cascade stayed in regular contact wtih Mr. Cavazos, and continues to do so, offering to escalate the situation up to the Department of Transportation to review Victor's Transport's authority to haul freight for any broker. Cascade continues to offer Mr. Cavazos assistance. The actions of Victor's Transport was inexcusable and reprehensible and they should be held accountable for the damage caused Mr. Cavazos' vehicle.
Althought it is against the terms of this website for Cascade Vehicle Shipping to post a negative review against Victor's Transport, we strongly encourage Mr. Cavazos to do so as we want the public at large to be aware of them and stay clear of them.
Again, as in the beginning, our sincerest apologies to Mr. Cavazos.
