I received quotes from several companies, but after speaking with Rebecca and reading previous reviews I decided to use Cascade. I received quotes everywhere from $800 to $1400. Cascade's quote was $1035, with no other hidden costs. Although they were not the cheapest, I felt they were the most honest and knowledgeable about the drivers they use and the services they would provide. Both Rebecca and another employee I spoke to, when she was not in the office, were helpful and patient with all of my questions. Unlike another company we used in a prior auto transport, when they advertise door-to-door service, the driver delivered as promised! Rebecca was in contact with me several times prior to the pick up to make sure everything was moving smoothly. The driver was very professional. He traveled with a second driver, therefore they picked up the car on Monday, from our house in New Hampshire and indicated that they would deliver the car on Wednesday to our home in Fort Myers, FL, and they did! During the transport I felt very comfortable with communication as I had the driver's cell as well as Cascade's number. After the delivery, Rebecca called to make sure everything went well. I would definitely us Cascade again.
