The customer service was amazing. I had some issues with other companies. Diane at Cascade took care of everything. They found a truck for me within 2 days, and then truck picked up the car up two days earlier then their estimate, which was great. They said it would take 2-3 days to get it from Iowa to Texas. (A 10 hr drive). But they got it here within a day after they picked it up. The car was not running. And i wanted to get it around to the back of my house, the driver dropped it off, and helped up move the car around a 90 degree turn, the car had no steering, the wheels would not turn, he helped us put it on jacks and slide it around. I would defiantly recommend Cascade. They are a great company and i would defiantly call them when i need another transport.
