I chose Cascade based on customer reviews. They gave me the lowest quote compare to other moving companies. My car was picked up on time at salt lake city utah. But after 2 days, I received call from driver saying that trailer was broken in someplace Missouri. It was Christmas time and weather was really bad.
I was worried as my car was on open carrier and might have been left unattended for a day or two. I tried contacting customer service, but due to Christmas, no one was available. Worst thing was, Cascade did not have any idea about this all. I guess there was no communication between them and the driver. Finally I received my car after a week. There was a small damage to the windshield. (I hold weather accountable for this).
Remember Cascade dont offer insurance while transporting your vehicle. I had talked to my auto insurance and confirmed that it's covered even during transport. I got my windshield repaired and filed claim to my auto insurance.
In a nutshell, I'm not very happy with the service and would not use again.
