Caused me A LOT of stress!!!

I had no prior experience moving a car, so I got online and looked up reviews on the different vehicle shipping companies. I found that Cascade Vehicle Shipping did have a pretty good rating so I posted my car for a quote. Terry immediately called me and set up the move for my car. He was very friendly, and assured me that there would be no problems moving my car out of California to Ohio. We agreed on a price and I waited for my car to be picked up. I waited, and I waited, and I waited. The date my car was to be picked up was July 5th and I finally cancelled my order on July 12th. This move had been set up a month in advance. Terry would tell me daily that someone should be calling to pick it up soon, and he would call me when he heard anything. I finally asked "Is this normal, does this happen?" Terry tried to assure me that this was fairly odd and increased the amount on my quote by $20/day. I found this odd that a carrier would just take a car over a measly $20. Terry assured me that my car would be sent out soon. After many days of stress and no word about my car, I was the one who suggested we increase the amount by $100. At no point did Terry even suggest this idea, which I found odd, like he didn't know how the business worked or what he was doing. Eventually I cancelled my order and went through Door to Door shipping who then picked up my car within 48 hours. I was very VERY pleased with this company who was able to pick my car up right away. I would NEVER use Cascade Vehicle Shipping. They did not handle my situation with any sort of professionalism.
