Great customer service. I could tell that Don knew what he was talking about. Followed up with me on all my questions, and was always available. Kept me updated with the truck.

Living in the city, I was worried about coordinating a meeting with the truck to pick up my car since its in a garage in a busy part of the city. He told me that he uses an off site lot near by where I can drop off my car at my convenience for a low fee, and then he just lets the company know when to pick up the car. It was super easy. The movers were already there when we dropped off the car, so we even got to watch it get loaded on the truck.

Couldn't have been a more smooth transaction.
