This was my first time moving with an auto transporter. We were moving from Maryland to Nevada. Previously we had contacted another company and had given a deposit which had was a NIGHTMARE to get returned when we changed plans 24 HOURS later!!! Were we ever leary about contacting a second company to move our car!!!
Then I started to do better homework on all the companies through Better Business Bureau and after talking with Diane from Cascade I felt confident they would handle the move professionally and they did not let me down!!! CASCADE IS SUPERB!!! You will not have to worry about damage to your auto -they treated it with care and even delivered it early and conveniently to where I was staying, waiting for my house to settle. The driver turned out to live within 15 minutes of our home in Maryland-now that's a small world-and that made us feel good about the experience also.
