This is my first time using a car transportation company. Of course, I did some searching and read some reviews and became instantly worried. When I called the company, everyone seem very helpful, but from personal experience, they are all nice when they want you're business. So, why I chose the company was that they seem to have a team environment and their manager is also very involved in making sure that I had my concerns addressed. Needless to say moving is stressful enough and moving across country is even more so. I appreciate the no non-sense approach. I would have liked to have paid less, but I always keep in mind that you get what you pay for most of the time. When I did my research and received quotes from various providers (brokers), picked one that had good reviews and one that included the not so good reviews with competitive pricing. At the end of the day, it is all about getting my car on time and in good shape. And, the driver was very professional and also straight forward. I definitely would recommend this organization because I felt that they are honest in setting up my expectations. Thanks Terry and team!
