It was truly a pleasure working with Jeff and Cascade Vehicle Shipping. This was my first time using a vehicle transport service and I was unfamiliar with the process. After my conversation with Jeff in which he meticulously detailed the entire transport process, I was confident to proceed. While waiting for my transport date, Jeff consistently updated me as to any progress or changes and checked in after the fact to make sure everything was satisfactory.
