After much research and due diligence, I decided on Cascade Shipping based off reviews and responses to the reviews – specifically Damon. He took the time to explain to me in detail of how the process works and what to expect. He answered all of my questions (I ask a lot) and I felt totally prepared to deal with any surprises that might happen.

As expected, a couple of glitches popped up dealing with the transit companies but were promptly taken care of. The first one was that a company wanted to pick up a day early and I was unreachable TDY. The second was another transit company that wanted more money to pick up that we posted for. Damon aggressively tried to negotiate with them to lower their price but they wouldn’t budge. He ended up taking a cut on his brokerage fees to lesson my additional expense – he really didn’t have to do that and it was greatly appreciated. (note: the transit company driver was very nice and considerate of my neighbors for a 0630 delivery)

All in all I would definitely recommend Cascade for shipping your regular car or even a classic car. (mine was a 65 Mustang). I’ve already recommended a friend to use them for his 69? Barracuda when he is ready.
