My experience with Cascade was unbelievably wonderful! First off, they provided the best price of the many quotes I received. Secondy, I received personal service from Diane at Cascade that made the entire experience pleasant and less scary. Diane is very nice and very considerate, being sure to stay in touch with me along the way, providing updates so that I wasn't sitting around wondering. She was extremely knowledgeable and very quick to get everything set up and going. I shipped two large trucks from Hawaii to New York and it went very well. Both trucks arrived as planned and with no damage.
Cascade was very professional, honest, considerate, and very well priced. I was so happy that they provided such awesome service. The only thing I was sad about was that I wouldn't get to speak with Diane anymore after receiving my trucks. She spoke to often during the process, which made me feel she was like family by the time it was all done. Thank you Diane for doing such a great job and for being such a wonderful person! If all companies and people had your work ethic these days the world would be a much more pleasant place! All the best to you, your family, and the people at Cascade!
