Never having shipped a car before, I was a bit apprehensive. After reading numerous reviews I chose Cascade. Jeff called me the same day I placed my online request, and the car was picked up 24 hours later! Jeff kept in touch throughout the process and was a pleasure to deal with. The driver who picked up the car at my door with a pickup/trailer was friendly and professional. The car was placed on a covered car carrier and delivered to my son at the University of Missouri clean and exactly as we had sent it to him. The driver Ed kept us updated and arrived on campus when he said he would. The whole process was a breeze and I would call Jeff in a heartbeat if I had a car to ship!!
