Kimberly was very helpful and attentive, and the speed of the transportation was good. My main problems had to do with the cash balance and delivery. First, having to pay the balance of the cost in cash seems sketchy to me. When the driver told me that, I called the office to confirm. It did not make me comfortable to do that (I do not carry a lot of cash in the Los Angeles area because it is not safe to, and that day I had to carry around almost $400 in cash). It would be much better if a credit card could be used. My only other complaint was the delivery. The car got picked up a day late, which pushed back my arrival date a day too. I work 3 different jobs, and my schedule is tight, so i had planned on having it delivered on a day that was convenient, so that I could stay around the house to wait for the delivery. Instead it got delivered on my busiest day, where I was gone from 8 PM the night before, home at 1 PM the day of delivery, but only for 2 hours, and then gone til 10 PM again. I only had a 2 hour window, and of course that was not helpful for the driver to drop off. I instead ended up meeting him at about 11 PM, which isn't the best condition to make sure the car didn't have any dents or scratches. Overall, I would use you again, but there are a few things that could use improving. Kim was great though.
