Don Edwards at Cascade coordinated the shipment for us with Pacific Auto Delivery. Although Pacific was delayed in picking up our car and their communication was not the best, Don did a great job in mediating the communication with the CEO of Pacific to ensure our concerns were quickly addressed. Once a pick-up date was confirmed we met the driver, who loaded the car and delivered early. The car was in excellent condition with no damage.
