Your original quote was for 1155, not 955 as you indicated, going into Santa Fe NM. You set up the order on the 26th of Jan. Your vehicle was picked up on the 2nd of Feb, so we are within out 1-10 business days to get your vehicle picked up. You wanted it picked up as quickly as possible so you would not have to pay storage fees from a copart. You then moved the delivery to Albuquerque in hopes that we could get it picked up even faster. Which is what happened. Because the location changed, the pricing changed, and you wanted it picked up asap. A carrier called in, said they wanted to pick up the vehicle, and deliver to Albuquerque, that they would pay your storage fees up front and have you reimburse them. You agreed to take that carrier for 1875. YOU made the decision to change the location, and increase the money. We gave you the option for this carrier. YOU can decline at any time, but you wanted your vehicle picked up as quickly as possible. Your quote did not go up 920 more than was quoted. It went up because your situation kept changing and that affects the pricing. Again, YOU had the option to decline the carrier and you chose not to. We did everything we said we could as our terms state below: The normal pickup timeframe is 1 to 10 business days. Pickup and delivery dates are contingent upon carrier availability and season. All dates and times given are an approximation. We cannot guarantee exact dates or times of when the vehicle will be picked up or delivered. Cascade Vehicle Shipping, Inc. is an agent for you. We arrange, on the customer’s behalf, for the transportation of the vehicle by finding an appropriate carrier. We do not own trucks or physically transport the vehicle. Our services end when the carrier is assigned and contacts you regarding pickup and delivery of the vehicle.
