I had never shipped a vehicle before and had many questions in regard to the process. The agent I dealt with, Debbie Fontaine, was extremely helpful and answered each and every question to my satisfaction. The delivery location was somewhat off the "beaten path" but she was able to secure transport quickly and made sure I had all of the information necessary to make arrangements with the person I purchased the vehicle from. Both the pick-up and delivery was on time, and the vehicle itself arrived in good condition. Overall it was a very pleasurable experience and I would recommend these services to anyone.
