late pickup and extra charge

Our pickup was tine sensitive in a certain window....the pickup did not hit that window and cost an extra 35% to get it. Not the end of the world but disappointing and costly.

I did everything I could to find a truck. I started working on this in December. Your vehicle wasn't ready to move until Jan. I cannot help if the pricing changes in that time frame. You were informed that the price was not set in stone but I would do what I could. I am just happy the vehicle arrived to your parents.
